  • ​You feel out of place, like you don't belong in society. You look the same as everyone else, you talk the same as everyone else, but you just don't feel like you connect with everyone else

WHAT IS GOING ON?

Let me be the first to tell you that all of this is really normal, and a lot more common than you think. 

There's not actually anything wrong with you, you're reacting exactly as you're built to react. Our bodies and our brains haven't really evolved much from the days when we were cavemen. 

All that's happened is that you've had a traumatic experience in the past, then reacted to that experience, and your mind has created a belief based on that reaction. The only thing you need to do now is find the belief you created and change it. 

This happens to us all the time. 

For example, when you accidentally touch a hot oven tray without gloves for the first time it hurts. You react to that pain, run it under cold water, try to take away the pain... 

Meanwhile your mind, which is always trying to move you away from pain and towards pleasure, is trying to find the source of that pain and help you come up with a belief to prevent it happening again...

If you live in the traumatic experience for too long without addressing it (BTW a traumatic experience to the mind can be as small as stubbing your toe or getting a paper cut), your mind goes into auto-pilot and creates the belief without you knowing. 

If you live in the traumatic experience too long in this scenario, you might come out with the belief that oven trays mean pain, and find it difficult to hold an oven tray again, regardless of if it's hot or cold. 

Your mind will be screaming at you "DON'T TOUCH IT... OUCH"

If this was to happen to you as a child of 1, or 2, or even 3, you might grow up with an irrational fear of ovens and oven trays...

But when you go back to that memory, and you see what happened, and realise that you don't need that belief anymore, you can change the belief...

So instead of "All oven trays cause pain" you can come away with the belief that "Hot oven trays cause pain, I can get around the pain by covering my hand with an oven mitt, and I can definitely hold a cold tray".

And you will never again have to have the beliefs you formed as a child, because you understand where the belief came from. Understanding is Power.

It is as simple as that. You find the memory that is the root cause, find the belief attached to the memory, and reframe it with an adult mind that is calm and not in trauma...

The easiest way to do this is in hypnosis...

In hypnosis, you activate your alpha brain waves, which help you bypass the critical, conscious mind, and allow your creative, sub-conscious mind to find those memories, and piece together the beliefs. 

Then, while still in hypnosis, you reframe those beliefs so they work FOR you instead of AGAINST you. 

ALL OF THIS SOUNDS GREAT, BUT HOW CAN I DO IT?

Let me share a little bit about me first, I am a trained hypnotherapist.

As I said earlier, hypnosis is the easiest way to go straight to the root cause of your problems, and to reframe them, so while this recording isn't a full hypnosis session, and while you won't go straight to the root cause, you will still get benefit from it. 

The mind learns from repetition. 

This is why it takes 21 days for new habits to form, if you repeat an action for 21 days, the mind has time to learn, and to accept the new action as a habit. 

This recording provides a method for taking you down to the hypnotic level, and gives suggestions to your mind that allow it to see the new actions that you want to make a habit.

All you need to do is play the recording, and follow the suggestions (such as imagining that you're walking down a flight of 10 steps)

Each suggestion you follow tells your mind that you want to follow the next suggestion, and the next, until your mind suddenly understands that Unlimited Confidence is exactly what you want.
